Goalies must be 18 years of age and must have their own transportation.
Goalies are paid at the end of the game from the client. If for some reason you’re not paid,
the client has not shown up to pay you, the company will send you an interac email money transfer
or can be a credit to your account. This happens very rarely.
Goalies can sign up by sending us a request by email. We will ask for your caliber and availability
like daytime, evening, weekend and early mornings.
Goalies that sign up will play, no matter how fast the text message or request is sent out.
Don’t worry if you don’t respond quick enough, our dispatch system lets us know who hasn’t played as much as others.
Everyone gets their turn, no matter the caliber as we match the appropriate caliber with the request.
We encourage goalies to not disclose personal information to the client,
if they like our service, to request you the goalie again.
All goalies will receive an orientation when they sign up. This is done by phone.
All goalies will sign a waiver. It identifies that you are a contractor and providing services to a company.
We don’t accept cancellations unless we can find another ice for the goalie.
Once we confirm the goalie to you it’s only fair to the goalie they get to play.
Certain circumstances are out of our control such as other team forfeits or the rink has double booked the ice.
A client can request the same goalie twice.
If a client is not happy with the goalie, we will always ensure the goalie is matched appropriately to the team.
